一转眼，宜臻（天心 饰）和丈夫邵文（李铭顺 饰）结婚已经七年了。这七年间，宜臻一直扮演着好妻子的角色，将自己的本职工作完成的尽善尽美无可挑剔，但随着时间的推移，宜臻发现，自己和邵文之间的共同话题越来越少，最终两人之间剩下的只有令她感到窒息的沉默。
